Its hard to say how everything looks to a visa officer but what you provided should be more than enough to prove your relationship. But keep saving communication records just in case they ask for more.

It could be to confirm a couple things. Sometimes what we think is okay may not be in the eyes of the visa officer and he/she may want to verify through an interview. Don't worry, take as much supporting documents as you can for the interview. Speak with confidence, clearly and consicely. Good...

Yeah, While very happy to see april applicants gets DM, there are March/Feb waiting too. But dont lose hope, weekend is not out yet! Your case appears to be similar to the ones that go direct to DM from AR. ECAS can be unpredictable. If you have travel history, may take a week or two longer...

I first checked yesterday and it said in process this morning (canadian time) i checked again and it said decision made.

ECAS depends on the whim of the processing officer, mine must be a by the book person so he/ she duly updated ECAS when the file was picked up for review. Yours might go directly into DM soon! Good luck...
