I got my GCMS notes today and although it says I will have an interview, they haven't given any reason for it. They have just written all the details we gave them and then one line says, **exempt from release under ATI Act 16(1)**. That is it. How can I prepare for the interview if I don't know what its for?

Please use this link. Very helpful for interviews. Thanks to Ashunandal.

Please let me know how did you request for the GCMS notes and how long did it take for you to get them
Here is a detailed post on how to order GCMS. It took 35 days.

O-Zone - Thanks. I have checked that thread out. I am tense because they have hidden some comments on my GCMS. I don't know the reason for calling me for interview. They said me and my husband are compatible in age, religion, education levels etc then why call me for interview?

It could be to confirm a couple things. Sometimes what we think is okay may not be in the eyes of the visa officer and he/she may want to verify through an interview. Don't worry, take as much supporting documents as you can for the interview. Speak with confidence, clearly and consicely. Good luck and keep us posted.

Under eligibility, the first line says "recommended for interview"

Thank you. I will be going through all the questions posted on the forum. I just hope they don't spring a surprise...maybe something that I haven't even considered is wrong and I will be all like uhhh when they ask.

I can see you got your visa so you don't have to worry about it. It is just information of your file and what comments the visa officer has made on your case.

For some people it took 15 days. So I suggest you wait. If you don't get it after 15 days, you can contact your MP about it.
