I did the same thing. When I read that line on the guide, I accidentally read 'on top of the forms' meaning the barcode for IMM 008 goes on top of the written forms for IMM 008.. Oh well- all the forms are in order of the checklist, which apparently they updated in June. Nothing has changed...
