Dear, You will waste time and money in reapplying. The best option is judicial review if you could afford it because VO will again refuse the spouse visa based on some stupid reason as you have already told. I am also going to apply for spouse visa and if I get refusal for some stupid...

That is what I mean. Atleast you wont be rejected for stupid reasons like you do not intend to go back at the end of your visa because the visa officer cannot check your heart. The second thing is finances; you make them strong so that reason is also gone.

Hi guys, after reading all these posts, i came to a conclusion that why people are not going for judicial review. Is it too expensive? As the judge's sympathies would always be (99%) with the person rejected. I hope judicial review would be the best option if available.

Yes I've already given my 10 year history in study permit form. Y he has asked again. May be ha want to give me visa and shedule 1 might be a requirement for getting temporary visa. Shedule 1 is IMM5257

What I have understood is First I write ten years of my history and then my brothers 10 year history including Employment. Can I attach his history on a separate page and mention it in the cover letter. What do you guys do? Al, of you have to fill in Schedule 1 form. >:(

Bro they are asking for 10 year history. They Say Please provide details of your employment for the last ten years. If you didnot work, please provide personal address for that period. If you are a dependant on someone else'e income, please provide employment details of that person.
