Help please, does anyone know how I can get in touch with immigration officials at the buffalo consulate, so they can send me my passport back, or how I can go about cancelling my trv application so they can send me my passport back. Thanks for all your help

Does anyone know how I can ask the buffalo consulate to return my passport ASAP. With or without trv, am desperate and have travel plans.
