Of course! I applied on June 10, my file got transferred to Vienna on August 28, November 20 I got a request for additional documents (Declaration of common-law) and December 17 my application was approved. Got my COPR handed to me yesterday :)

It's official, got my COPR delivered to me today!!!! Tonight will be celebration night in Vancouver, for anyone who is still waiting: keep it up!!!
