You need not open an account with Canadian currency. You can keep it in your local currency but it should be equivalent to what ever the required amount. you need to get the letter and this is mandatory even though they are your blood relation. All the Best

Yes, you have to get the WES certified for both the degree. well it is very straight forward. Just go into their site and register it. They are not interlinked. But you may have to produce original certificate to them.

I do agree with Purple Snow. I have created a job bank profile since, May and still waiting for job. It isn't great. No employer register there and we need to hunt for job outside this website. If you are outside canada then very very difficult to get a job.

Visit your Birth Registration office and apply for a new birth certificate. It will not take them much time to issue a new one. Even i had the same problem and i got it. Note: Make sure you have full name of yours and your parents in the birth certificate.
