Urgent about application re:education history and WES

Hey my friend is doing his application now

He only got his masters assessed by WES and not his bachelor so should he mention in his educational history his bachelors since he doesn't have an assessment for it or should he leave out the bachelors in the education history.

If his Masters degree has been assessed as equivalent to a Canadian Masters degree, they don't need to assess their Bachelors degree and it can be left out of their application.
