Hi, my eligibility still says "we will let you know when we start reviewing your eligibility". When did this change for you? I submitted my application on 5th May and biometric got updated from file the next day. and since then, there has not been any update.

There is no visa renewal process. They will have to apply for a new visitor visa just like the first time they did. Apply on new IRCC portal.

Since you applied for visitor visa on the new portal, do you have any relatives or someone who sent you invitation letter or something of that sort? I need to re apply for my visitor's visa as its expiring in June.
