    Same here. I sent them an email last week and got the same message yesterday. I don't know what that means for us. My photos were delivered on the 16th of nov, still nothing till now

    Anyone from November got their PR card yet? I sent mine to etobicoke office thru Canada post and it was delivered on the 16th of nov. It's been more than 4 months and I still haven't received the card yet. I called ircc and also sent a web form. Both said that they have all documents needed, but...
