Hello- i need help in understanding repsonse to webform
Me and my husbands photos were delivered on Nov 27, 2020 (tracked via canada post).

i raised a webform to know the status of PR card but i received a below reply today. What does not available in system mean - did they not receive it? I verified with Canada post that they were indeed delivered. I am so worried now as it’s already been a while

We have verified the information you provided and your photographs not available in the system yet.

If you sent them by traceable means, you may contact the mail service provider you used in order to make sure that they were indeed received by the processing office.

Your photographs will be processed according to the date of reception.”

The Etobicoke office has not opened the envelope. Currently they are working on the photos received in first half of November, so, please wait for 2-3 weeks.

It's clear that for some of us, we've been waiting for more than 6 weeks than the normal processing time.. Has any of you use this solemn declaration? Will it help to expedite our PR Card processing time..? Please share your thoughts..

No, that declaration is for when pr card is issued and mailed but doesn't arrive.

I got my COPR, but I only have my photo from the begin of my EE application was took on Aug 10, 2020. Do I need to take a new one as they said on the portal has be taken within past 6 months? I live in Toronto and everything is closed here, anyone in the same situation?

I went to use the service of Pro Passport Photo today. They opened and you received photo in couple minutes.
I went to the branch at "6 Belsize Drive, Toronto (@UPS store)" but you may try to find the branch that is closer to your house

You can go to Shoppers Drug Mart and get the picture clicked.

Hi everyone!
email says: "Please ensure that you write your unique client identifier (UCI) and name on the back of the photo. You do not need to sign the letter nor the photo."
does it mean the previous requirement:
"
The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.

It's taking them almost 1 month to process the first 2 weeks of Nov. too slow:/
