From Dec 2020 to May 2021 complete 6 months No NOC 4214 in SINP selection at all.

Please elaborate a little more about Alberta program for same NOC. Right now we have a family friend living there and ready to provide full legal support of any kind.

By the way lastly when 4214 drawn out in the month of Nov 2020 then cut off was 78.

It appears in the draw list many times before Dec 2020 but since we applied in end of Dec or Jan its out of drawn uptil by the last draw held on 06 May.

Dear Naturgrl, Thank you for the response. My wife has a ECE Level II licensure from MoE, Saskatchewan and a real blood Canadian national sister living in Sask since 2010.

Its almost six months now, NOC 4214 has not been in the list of SINP draw. What would be the possibilities for future draws. Any chances for job visa in any state(s) / province(s) in subject NOC.

Dear Naturgrl, Was this criteria always been there (in past year or two) or this is some recent changes. I mean Level - I never been the qualifcation for 4214 or this is due to some present revision in criteria? Could you please share any official website link for reference to such criteria.
