update: i received my citizenship certificate on october 26 (montreal) and my oath was on october 6 - I applied for a passport in person with urgent processing today and will be able to pick it up in person as of monday - IT'S ALMOST OVER!

If my tracker status changed to complete does that mean they definitely received my signed oath affirmation? I haven't received my citizenship certificate yet and I am getting worried. Anyone from Montreal who took the oath early October got their certificate yet?

update: i took the oath from montreal on october 6 & just today october 18 the tracker status changed to closed, still waiting for the citizenship certificate by mail though

What has been the average wait time between oath ceremony and receiving the certificate?

I did the same and got an acknowledgement of receipt email reply

I am from Montreal, saw a change on July 20 to decision made, but I haven't seen anyone go beyond that stage from Montreal :/

I've been trying to apply to a US visa for months now, but they haven't been giving out appointments since March 2020, I paid for the visa application too, I am just stuck at that last part, let me know if you figure out a way to get a visa please
