I am in the same boat. My application has been approved since March 2nd and no COPR yet. And I can see temporary COPR numbers in MyCIC account. My VO is etobicoke. I think a lot of other candidates have been receiving their COPR's from Etobicoke in about 10-15 days after their application gets...

Same here. My application has been approved since March 2nd. Still waiting for COPR! Although temporary document numbers appeared on my CIC portal the same day my application was approved. AOR- July 10th VO-Ottawa, Secondary VO - etobicoke I guess the etobicoke office people are sleeping. sigh!
