Yes I can see the document number starting with T and followed by numbers, I am sure they are COPR numbers... they have been there in my CIC profile since Feb 10th, 2021. However I have not received the document in mail or email so far.
Send a webform or call IRCC to confirm if the COPR was sent or not.

Finally, my prayers have been answered after 8 and half months of waiting!! My rep just shared a screenshot of the approval with copr number on the online account.
July 15 AOR, CEC INLAND, 2 dependents, non-accompanying spouse, now the wait for the COPR document begins, any idea how much time it will take ?

AOR 20-Jul-2020
PA+1 Dependent
Eligibility - RP by case analyst
Medical - Passed - Expired on 22-Nov-2020
Criminality - Passed
Security - Not Started
Assigned to - AB14712
I have this status since 24-Sep-2020 when my criminality passed. I have ordered gcms notes twice, first through ircc and second through cbsa, no progress as per gcms notes. I called ircc and specifically asked the agent about any hold on my application or any note by the officer and was told that my application is in progress or active not sure how or what to interpret out of this. She also told that sometimes officers do not update gcms until final decision, hoping to receive some good news soon.

Hi, I also want to order notes from cbsa. did you find any difference in both the notes like a pattern or extra details? and in how many days you get your notes from cbsa ? Thank you for sharing your details. Hope we will get some good news soon.

Other than details of security and the documents submitted at the time of e-Apr there isn’t much of a difference but definitely more details compare to ircc one. It took me almost a month’s time to get it. Hoping for the best.

I am in the same boat. My application has been approved since March 2nd and no COPR yet. And I can see temporary COPR numbers in MyCIC account. My VO is etobicoke.
I think a lot of other candidates have been receiving their COPR's from Etobicoke in about 10-15 days after their application gets approved. Called Ircc twice about this matter and they keep saying etobicoke is the slowest. This is so frustrating

Hi everyone, I got my PR approved on my CIC account today and also got the COPR letter at the same time and I wanted to share my timeline.

AOR July 29
Background check: March 7( heard from an agent when I called)
Eligibility Passed: March 4 ( heard from a phone call)
Medical exam results extended: March 12th
I called on the 15th of March and the agent told me my PR was approved on the 12th, the officer just has not communicated this to me.

Today I got everything at once.

By the way, this is my third attempt applying through express entry, I made silly mistakes in my first two applications and now I am finally a PR after 8 years in Canada. Came as a student, then got PGWP, now PR. Please don't lose hope, I almost did, it really affected my mental health. This pandemic has been hard enough for us, don't let IRCC add to that stress. You will all get yours soon. Thanks to everyone here for posting. This forum was my support system.
Off to apply for PR Card☺
