I am wondering that does everyone get GU on Monday, is it a technical error?

Two of my friends got COPR on Nov 26 AOR Apr 29 ; biometric completed: Nov 17 Background check passed Nov 20 AOR July 01; biometric completed: Oct 30 and I got GU today but nothing changed from my file (AOR: Apr 29; biometric done: Oct 29)
