Its not important tht u are in ss as lil time has passed since ip2. Hopefully u will get ppr soon. Otherwise ur gcms notes will give u a better idea .. btw whats ur nationality ? I dont know on what basis do they put u in ss :(

The date on my gcms notes when security screening started is 15 nov .. mine is just blank .. it doesnt state anything and for my husband it says security screening .. so im assuming he has already been in security screening for the past 4 and a half months. Dont know how much more time will it...

Can tell from gcms notes. Did u order urs? I received them yesterday and looks like im ok being the main applicant but my husband is under security screening. Now i dont know how long can tht take.

I was able to call them at 5 20 pm pakistan time .. india is half hour ahead i guess .. try calling them 5:30 onwards ur time

I changed after ita but before AOR .. but went back to home country so any wat wouldve given its police clearance

Many ppl have moved very quickly from ip1 to ip2 and then ppr .. so dont worry .. it can happen in days .. cant rely on these .. my background check is in progress ever since i've applied so cant say anything

You can get a better idea from gcms notes .. i ordered gcms notes on 24th feb so now waiting for them .. the agent told me the same thing tht eligibility and criminality passed and security screening in progress .. he said its the last stage ..

This is very sad .. but they have very clear instructions as to what should be included in experience letter .. you should try raising a CEC and let them know tht u can provide this letter .. in fact get the letter and attach it .. if they dont accept enter the draw again

Call cic agent .. they will tell u where ur profile is exactly .. ask them abt eligibility security and criminality

Dont worry .. we are going through some special security screening :/ im AOR 3rd sept and agent told me the same thing .. he said we can not tell when will security screening finish .. its the last step and all other things have been cleared .. he said it can be finished in days or even months...

I had around 30 trips on passport and my husband had around 40 trips. Maybe thts why security is taking so long.

F For me he said eligibility is met and security is ongoing. Everything else looks good. I wonder why is it taking so long then. Aor is 3 sept

Do cic agents tell if there is review required for anything ?

I called an agent two days back and he said tht eligibility has been met and security is under process. Today i got a response for my CSE and they informed me tht the responsible office is reviewing my eligibility? Did someone else got the same response ? How is it possible ? Anyone has any idea ?
