A week later. They asked for ADR on the last day of the 6 month period... A little action to give me hope that applications are at least being shuffled in Ottawa

yes. started in november i think. criminality is passed, security not started.

My AOR is 11th Sept. And it was on the 14th March (3 days after 6 months) that my profile was updated to BG check in progress. so, i guess, only thing to do is wait.

When was your last update before BG started? And your VO? I think it depends on the VO, some update the profile late although in reality it already started on earlier date or in process while other VO update the profile as soon as it starts. So cant really trust what the profile says. But atleast it’s a progress.

MEP : 5th Oct, IP2: 17th Oct , Eligibility passed : 17th Nov (per GCMS), 1st ghost : 5th Feb, 2nd Ghost : 4th March. Still waiting!

Your file may be approved because of the ghost updates. Better call cic to ask. Anyway, you are already past 6 months.

i called cic and asked specifically about eligibility, criminality and security and got the status. later i received gcms notes and the status was same as told by cic agent earlier. you can do the same. what's your account showing btw?

they might say eligibilty is "under review" which usually means RR in general. they don't give information on what's RR for. i think they check summary page only.

For me he said eligibility is met and security is ongoing. Everything else looks good. I wonder why is it taking so long then. Aor is 3 sept

eligibility met and security ongoing is very good. your application is in final stages and you can expect ppr anytime now.

I had around 30 trips on passport and my husband had around 40 trips. Maybe thts why security is taking so long.

You had RR on POF? That's weird because my POF was effected as was well due to currency fluctuations but the visa officer during the interview didn't mention anything about it. And as per my GCMS notes it stated POF requirement met as per the initial assessment. Now currently my eligibility is passed can you tell me if POF comes under Eligibility or not?
