How long did your LMOs processing took? We will be applying for LMO while my LIC is still in school. Any advice?

No, there was no form to fill out. As for changing your name. When we went to BUF in October 2010, there was a lady who I think wanted to change her name. What she was told was, they would issue the PR based on the information sent through the application and any amendments such as name...
