i did have my e mail on the application and they said that the fp request was sent by regular mail

does any one knows why some people get there finger print request by Email and other by regular mail also my local office is Edmonton and the finger print request is from Vancouver does that mean anything please let me know

It’s normal to send the test request and do the interview while the file is not complete But they will not send the oath ceremony request until the file is complete
