user 828 ..........thanks for your advice i call to cic but they said your applications lock in date is 30th april 2009 instead of 2008 so if you have acknowledgement for your initial application send it ti CPCM so i send acknowledgement on 3rd of jan and they received on 7th of jan 2013...
