UPDATE: Oath notice received today Aug. 27 for Sept. 1st Oath ceremony. I don't know why they had to send this waaaaaaaayyyyyy early, we still have 4 whole days!
Not entirely true.... I believe Ottawa's office have a very highly trained carrier pigeons fleet that will deliver my oath invite anytime soon. As instructed, I place a bowl of seeds on my porch and pray they don't get lost or hunted!
I just went through my application again and I didn't mention all of my student statuses before entering Canada. (US from 2010-12 and UK 2012-13), yet my oath is next week. I don't think it's a huge mistake and you can always update using a webform. They already know and checked your history...

I had a job opportunity that required citizenship so I sent all the supporting docs via webform. Till now I don't know if it has been accepted or not.
If you have received a test invite or other communication from your office, it is written in the email address. You can also call IIRC and ask, or take the long route and order your GCMS notes.
depends on your processing office. I've seen members getting there oath invitation within 2 weeks while other is 5+ months. I personally got it in 5 months, thanks to the competent, hard working, never resting, elite agents of the Ottawa office

The best way is to call and ask them to do it on the phone. Mine didn't change for 6 weeks until I did so. Note, don't choose the option to change the address as this will take you to a dead end, rather find the option for case handling to talk to an agent.
