ALL SPOUSE APPEAL CASES COME HERE AND JOIN US PLZ

Lets hope you do not have to redo your medical and you get PPR before that. My husband did it 2 times as well. He was not here for our first child birth either so I can feel your pain my dear. My son is also going to be 4 in October. Maybe you can send Ottawa a case specific inquiry to find out...

ALL SPOUSE APPEAL CASES COME HERE AND JOIN US PLZ

Send a case specific inquiry to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and find out what the status of your case is. Be sure to quote your UCI number in the subject line. I have a feeling that your hubby will get through before his medical expires.

I think you will need to fill out a use of representative form for the appeal as well. If you didn't then there should be no reason for the blue book to go to the representative. It should be coming to you instead. I could be wrong though, I hope whoever did their appeal on their own can give...

I use to call IAD at the beginning of every month to find out the status of my application. If you don't already have your case officer phone number, when you call ask the receptionist for your case officer number and call him/her directly. That is what I did, was called my case officer at the...

I agree Karan751 timeline is a bit long. Be reassured guys that not everybody timeline will be that long. It took us 9 months after winning our appeal to get through and that included applying for ARC which took 2 months. I have seen a lot of people with shorter time line as well. I normally...

    1. I believe it is 74 Victoria Street. 2. It is a small room with only the judge, minister counsel, your representative (if you have one) and you. 3. It is a private interview. It is not open to the public (as far as I know) 4. It can take anyway from half an hour to a whole day. 5. The...

If you live in Toronto the wait time is about 2 years for an appeal hearing. It is up to the appeal division to give you ADR or full hearing based on how complicated your case is. You can always call the IAD office and find out what the status of your case is, that way you will have an idea how...

I don't think your application will take until November to finalize, so don't worry too much about the medical. Hopefully you hear back something by the end of this month. When did you win your appeal?

    Authorization to return to Canada.

It is hard to tell whether he will be called for an interview or not. What you can do is submit a copy of everything to the regional visa office they asked you to. My husband had an interview since April 2013 and we were refused. We then filed an appeal and won last October so after the appeal...

Yes they do send them separate. My lawyer also got just the medical request and a few days later I received a mail requesting updated forms, police clearance and copy of passport pages, etc. They should have asked for those documents, maybe people who already did them can clarify.

Need to send Passport to ottawa, worried about impending canada post strike

I spoke with a Canada Post worker that comes to my workplace to drop off mail everyday and he said its highly unlikely there will be a strike. They already got a good offer.

HELP! My husband got deported, did not inform immi ,cross u.s border illegally

You will need to withdraw your inland application and submit an outland one. Once you submit your application and he is called for an interview, about 98% of the interview question will be on your marriage and how genuine it is (At least from my experience). However, when they are making their...

The next step will be getting your appeal date. They will contact you once they are ready to set an appeal date. You will also have to submit all your evidence to the IAD and Minister Counsel I believe 20 days before the hearing. In the mean time gather all the evidence that you will need for...

I don't think your 3rd medical will expire. Give it about 3 more weeks or so before you get PPR since it has only been 3 weeks since you sent in all your documents.
