Do with WES. Check the requirement of your country. It is either requires the university to send OR requires the university to confirm (stamp and seal an official envelop) then you or any other one can send by mail. I found that the demonstrator can be under 4012 NOC as it requires BSc or MSc but the 4011 requires PhD. http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ViewAllTitlesQuickSearch.aspx?val=4&val1=4012 My work permit has no NOC and I used 2121 based on the NOC explanation and my job duties.
