No, without knowledge of employer is not possible. You need a letter from them that they will employ you on permanent basis after you get PR. Also CHC can verify same thing with your current employer. So it is not adivceable to do so. Other option is to stay in Canada for one year on your work...

You can apply under arranged employment category. If you have already in Canada, you should attach copy of work permit and a letter from employer that they will hire you on permenent basis on arrival of your PR. We did same and got approved from CIO. AEO is for those who do not have work permit...

We do have original transcripts but dont have in sealed university covers. We are planning to send notarized copies of transcripts. I read somewhere that this idea worked for poster.

Rather asking for extension, I would suggest to send all documents you have at present and write in cover letter that you will send PCC as soon as you get it.

You should send explanation letter with all documents while sending to CHC in stage 2 (New delhi in your case I believe). As per my understanding in Arranged employment based PR you only need to send confirmation letter from current employer and your original employment contract with work permit...

I dont think any diff. in processing time for both types. Actually if you dont have AEO in hand, it takes around 2-3 months to get AEO now a days so it adds time in total timing of application. You can explain your situation that you have been granted PR and you are landing in April, so you will be able to meet them in person. Once you have landed here you can always go and meet them personally. I know people here in Canada who landed as PR in Toronto and moved to Montreal within month...

May be your salary slips/ salary certificate from your company/other investment like stock,mutual funds,bank deposits apart from bank statments.
