or a person with great imagination:D Actually yes, it can appear any time, for some period it can even appear and dissapear after page refresh, depending on which node you are routed

It is ok actually :) when they do system maintenance it requires monopoly access since they clean up the database... In contrast, the progress bar is just an update of the web application, which is multiple-instance cluster, so they just update the nodes sequentially, with no downtime :)

@legalfalcon dear Sir, do you have any thougth on the root cause of the Sydney CIO situation? We can see dozens of FSW "final: approved" cases(including mine) which were approved a long ago(the earliest I know is 12th October) and still have not received PPR e-mails. It is not an individual...

they are not slow - slow is when they release PPRs but is the slower pace, but this ;);););) just does not release it at all. I barely remember the last PPR released for FSW applicants from this damn CIO

Why is it special? Isn't it an ordinary weekday?

How could we even THINK about these useless PPRs when the progress bars are coming and they are going to be fabulous:D

So I've just received the notes, looks like the file is approved, and the Ghost Update 06.11 was exactly about it. And it is the most recent note btw... And it confirms my case is in Sydney Centralized Intake Office.

I ordered GCMS on the 9th of November as well and just received it seconds ago!

Come on! I was convinced all Chinese use VPNs to avoid this

What's wrong with Sydney office?:mad: According to myimmy they haven't released a single PPR since November 26, and even on November 26 it was CEC only
