Do you know your visa office? If not, you can call IRCC, or order GCMS notes via getGCMS. Calling will be faster, but there is no guarantee the agent will share the desicion with you(I've heard they are not supposed to). GCMS notes is the most reliable and comprehensive data source

Actually, I would estimate it ~4-5 hours, including design. It's very primitive. I believe they spend more time creating hype and initiating notifications about the bar, in comparison with engineering work.
