I did last week but Halifax stopped responding to emails :( , it was submitted by email , i will resubmit by web form so they can't miss it

urgent question guys , I just got the notes , I can see the passport scan request , but i don't see anywhere that the received and attached it , for who got the notes after submission of passport scan , where did you find it ? just need to confirm that i didn't miss it before submitting again

how do you know it is not reflected on your file ? I was requested to submit passport scan but it never showed on tracker , however i submitted the scan same day so not sure if it made difference

Question about the 12 months KPI , is it 12 months from receiving application or from AOR ? I am asking because all due dates in GCMS notes are exactly 12 months from AOR date
