I received a water BIL and an electricity BIL, but neither is the BIL I was hoping for.....

Understood...I guess it is case depednent though since I've seen that some got it after a month and a half....

I am applying for Express Entry throguh a PNP program and had both my case submission and AOR on May 10th. Since then however there are no updates and no BIL. What could be the reason ? Could the IRCC be contacted in regards with this matter ? If so, then how ? Thank You All...
