The LMO will be for a specific position, so your retail outlet will be of no help. You can't get someone over with an LMO for one position then give them a different position, even if it's in the same company. That defeats the purpose of an LMO.

Since you already have your work permit, it should be pretty simple. They will ask you the purpose of your visit, you tell them 'work' and show them your permit. That should be all there is to it, unless they don't like the look of you for some reason. They might want to see a return ticket...

An update if anyone is interested. My lawyers called Service Canada and were informed that they were currently processing applications submitted on July 10th (ours was received by them on July 13th). That means they are currently taking around 37 business days, or approximately 8 weeks. >:(

Seems to be taking over 8 weeks in Ontario.
