I looked those people up too just now. Couldn't find the actual translator there, but found notary on ATIO. Is her name Valery? She/he seems to be qualified only for Russian translations. I may be really overthinking. + when there should be a stamp "ATIO certified"

I was in the same situation and used the same website. My opinion is that you don't need a receipt. See the requirements that are in EE. The photographer info is required in Client Information only for Canadian Citizenship applicants. I think doing that would be an extra, almost unnecessary...

Depends on the officer. They might request WES/IELTS at a later date, but don't you worry about it now. They have both reference numbers in your application.
