    Call IRCC after some days, it will be transferred to visa office soon and then you can ask ircc which office it is. Mostly if not mentioned it is ottawa.

    It is sponsors' approval. Basically it says that you are eligible to be sponsor. Principle applicants' eligibility is different thing.
