On online portal it will always stay as submitted, updates will be gc key and pr tracker. Medical once done can take sometimes UpTo 2-3 weeks to update. Don't worry & biometric shows received then that will get updated soon.

I got another ghost update today, yesterday was also one there. More frequent from past few weeks.

This could mean that they don't have your file in the system yet. In pr portal it will say submitted from the very first day. To see updates you will have to merge that application to GC key acc or on PR tracker. But, you will need application number or uci for that. Explain to ircc that you...
