Guys , do we need to show proof of funds : funds for paper based file for Outland application?

On same boat ... they are processing 2020 cases. We are from 2019 sept aor, received medical but no updates after that. Friends who applied before and after got their Pr cards. If we call them they say every file is different. What to do ? Wait is only option

Everyday the moment we get up till late night till we go back to sleep , we check our file, nothing there. It’s so heart breaking , just so hard to be patient now. Everything associated with it has been to halt because of Pr. We were very calm till December but now every other day is back biting..

Guys pls help, medical is not updating done on 2 Nd dec 2020 , it was not upfront . Nothing after MR. Raised 3 webform but no reply. Two calls but same excuse that process is slow.
