Yea called 5-6 times now, raised two webform with all the receipts and medical record. Same answer was given to us. Last call I made was yesterday,they now said that my medical is passed but my dependent (husband) medical is not updated on file.

Nothing much you can do , I am on same boat since nov30. They have clearly mentioned in their notifications when you go to login page that the medical will not be shown until we process it

No after a month it is default setting that it changes to we didn’t receive your medical as requested. This message your action is required is there for month only . It changes after that . I called them 4 times it says we have your medical it is passed just it has been not processed and...

Medical received 30 nov 2020, not upfront, done on 3rd dec still not updated

We got medical request on nov 30 , 2020but the medical has not been updated yet. Aor and ar sep2019. Medical done is 7 dec2020

Not the process but the system and people as some people from mar-April 20 are getting copr. I Feel like fucked up.

We are the one who has not lost job or any adverse thing happened but still file is on hold.
