Same here :( FSW - Outland at time of application but moved to CAN in May to complete studies. Graduated in June, and currently working on PGWP, no word from IRCC in regards to PR application

Applied Jul 03, Approved in online portal Sep 20. Got my permit in the mail today(Sep 25).

oh! Well I answered yes since I have already visited Canada and I had a visitors visa. I will still send my new SP via webform just in case

I applied for SP in July 2020 and PR in Nov 2020. I started studies online since I got an approval in principle back in Sep 2020. I don't recall mentioning it in my PR application because I don't think there is any question relative to this, or is there?

I just got back my passport today which was being stamped with Canadian student visa. Do I need to inform IRCC of this via webform or will they already be aware of this information?

I got the exact same information when I spoke to an IRCC agent earlier this week.

This was happening to me too for about a week, then I finally got through about 11 am Ottawa time yesterday.

Yes I have submitted all PCC and I did not have to submit biometrics as I had already given it in 2019 for a visitor's visa....There are a few people with October AOR who have the same situation where eligibility is passed and criminality and security not yet started.

Same, I was trying for a week and finally go through today at about 11 am Canadian time. Keep trying!
