oh no :( have you tried emailing them?...I got eCopr on Feb 16. I had submitted my photo and address on Feb 3. They sent an email on Saturday asking me to reupload the photo.

me too I altered it several times! and finally got it right after an hour

I basically just stated that I had submitted my info in the portal and I would be grateful if my virtual landing could be completed. The second time I emailed them I received eCOPR the the next day. It may take a few tries but just continue emailing them till you get it.

Hi I didn’t say anything specific. I just mentioned that I have been waiting for two weeks and would be grateful if I could be virtually landed soon.

Try sending emails. I sent one last week no response. Sent one again yesterday and received eCOPR today.

ok thank you! Did they fix your eCOPR? I think your case was more serious as it was your passport number whereas mine is just the date of entry

IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca this is the email address that sends out the portal email. Maybe you can try emailing them

Just received my eCopr but my original entry date is wrong. Does it matter? They have the date I entered on my student permit however I had submitted an earlier date as I have previously visited Canada on a visitor visa.
