I'm CEC outland too, AOR Nov. 5th 2020, Eligibility NS Criminality and info sharing in progress Security not started, VO CPC ottawa I wonder why they don't start eligibility for CEC outlands early...from what I've read so far, they start security and BG first.

Since your application is in paris, I think you should send your webform to paris, and also criminality valid means it's passed.

Yes you can consider your eligibility passed, on the online portal, it stays the same until PPR. What stream are you on? Outland or inland?

I feel eligibility would be passed or recommended pass before starting criminality and info sharing, that explains the 2 weeks gap. I stand corrected though. And the ircc agents could only give some info out or probably the information are hidden from the agents

In a similar situation, though I put a call through and the officer confirmed BGC is in progress. Everything else not started
