    You can try calling every 2 weeks to check. In my own case it was 12 days apart from eligibility review required to eligibility fully passed by an officer.

    Online system doesn't reveal much. Calling them actually reveals more information, especially on eligibility, criminality, info sharing and security. That's what I ask whenever I call. You can call them on: +18882422100. I use skype call and follow the prompts.
