Yeah will do. I think their devs really need to dig into this, it might be some kind of backend issue like maybe missing data in a DB or something. I'm not a web dev but i took a quick look with the inspector at what happens, it seems like there's a POST request that submits our uci & app...

On the bright side, the webform seems to accept the C00******* application number format now.. [NVM, that was because I hadn't selected "Grant" from the application type dropdown..]

I got the following email today, I think as a result of that ticket, but still get the error when I try to create the account on the tracker.. I guess I'll need to submit another ticket.

I'm also still not able to register. I'm putting an issue with the new webform (with just the last 7 digits after C00 and also explaining that issue in the description).

Yeah, the tracker still gives me the error, nearly 100 hours after i got AOR :-/ Pasted UCI (no hyphen) and Application No directly from email.

I got my AOR on Monday around midday but tracker reg also still doesn't work for me - i guess it's more towards the 72 hours range in some cases, will see tomorrow i guess.

AOR: Oct 17th 2022 Tracker reg (https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register) not working yet but I know it takes a day or two so will try later - btw the "In process ecas" column name isn't fully accurate now if we're using this new tracker more these days..?

Hi, does anyone know if correspondence (AOR, requests for further information/documents, test invite etc.) for online applications all happens by email and the CIC website, or there's some need to be able to check for mail at a physical address in Canada? I remember seeing on some IRCC website...
