US Immigration at Toronto Pearson Airport. What to expect ? Need some advice.

I just returned yesterday. US CBP just took my passport and stamped - did not ask for any documents nor any questions. If you have not yet traveled to Canada, I would suggest waiting for the EO, which could happen today / tomorrow.

USA-Canada-USA (14 Day Quarantine) - Returned yesterday after 14 days (Thank you to those who provided me inputs). Here's my overview: USA-Canada: 1) US side was crowded. I could not check in online so had to stand in the line at the airlines counter (few people did not even wear masks)...

Rumors about an executive order that bans the entry H1b holders around.

I think the below is a key point - People were initially saying the even entry will be banned for existing folks which doesn't seem to be the case according to this new news. Lobbyist They said they were not expecting the executive order to affect people already in the US or waiting to fly back...

    COPR and coronavirus

Doesn't make sense - Isn't it a loophole then? Also, what are people's thoughts of coming back on F1 in that case?

I did read someone posting that they ask when you board from the Canadian side - how long were you in Canada / Did you follow quarantine - I wouldn't take the risk if I were you.

Hi Folks - As we know, Canada PR requirement is 2 years (730 days) in 5 years - Say if we land during the 3rd year of the first five year and stay for 4 years - will that fulfill the 2 year requirement of the next 5 years as well? - Hoping the question is not confusing.

    Post CoPR Expiry Options

Thank you Mitya and cansha. I plan to raise a webform close to my CoPR expiry rather than now since I come under the exempt status - I feel if I raise a webform now they might still ask me to travel. There is currently no restrictions to travel from US, however, I want to be pre-cautious due to...

    Post CoPR Expiry Options

Thanks cansha. The issue is that my CoPR was issued before March 18th, so technically I am exempt. But I am not willing to take the risk of the virus. So I was thinking post-expiry, if in the near future my spouse (not married yet) sponsors me through express entry, will that work? or could...

    COPR and coronavirus

I haven't flown yet - my PR expires on Aug 8th, however, it was approved in Feb. I am also a little worried that should I have flown when I had a chance? Only time (and luck) will tell IRCC's decision. I don't plan to raise a webform until late June however (if anyone else has any inputs on...

@legalfalcon Appreciate your response for the above related to goods to follow being different compared to declaration vs. actual move.

    CoPR Received - Few Queries

Thank you - appreciate the response. For #3 - Can it be an approximate? As in, if I move 2-3 years after the goods to follow, could be different (I may have sold some things or bought new things).
