I think there is a difference, cuz i saw in some applications two options: for "convention refugees" and "protected persons", In my decision letter nothing mentioned about "protected person" there is only "convention refugee".

Based on processing times for refugees to obtain PR status is 22months, but most probably it will take a bit longer

U need only PASSPORT and PR card, thats it
