They even screwed my brother's file who is an international student, graduated from GBC and then applied for his PGWP.. They sent a refusal letter after 8 months, after seveal follow-ups! We have the most unaccountable/irresponsible Call-center agents from CIC.. That's all I can say.

Just a simple suggestion for anyone waiting for citizenship test: if you are going out of the country knowing that your travel time could collide with your test date, please inform CIC officers by phone, they are extremely nice to put that as a note for first time test date amendment for you. I...

Your health condition has nothing to do with your citizenship to my knowledge, unless you screwed up the doctor, lol!

Can we get a latest update as to when Misissauga/Toronto office are holding the Tests now for Oct applicants between which dates? Any idea? I have an official trip set at the end of March 2018 to first week of April 2018.

This is normal; it usually takes 1 or 2 weeks at best. So DO NOT worry. You should be fine.

You can download the soft electronic copy from the CIC website. They usually don't send it anymore. No they don't send you a physical book anymore. Only they email you and provide you the link to get the hard and soft copy of the book as you want.
