Hi guys... update after 4 months... They want the full details of the foreign workers who previously worked with my company...they want their payroll details, and their current status... Second thing they are saying is to keep running the advertisement and try hiring canadians.

Fourth month running and still no updates...

Any news guys...it's been more than 3 months and no call so far....does it take this long...

Ok so I went through the thread and read almost 10 pages...in that two people got positive results but in a short span of time...and also I read that one guy got rejected as well...pretty tough situation...

And I believe that it's not easy to get LMIA Do you know anyone who got LMIA after the rule changes As my restoration ends this coming jan I need to make some back up plans.

Just wondering what is the processing time for LMIA noc 6311( Food supervisor - Fast food). My employer applied for that mid september 2014 and as per ESRDC its 8 to 10 weeks processing time.....Still waiting :( Regards Manu
