Hi I applied for PR ( me and my wife) together in April 2016 and got our file no in May. but after that there is no updates form the immigration office( nova scotia) . is there anybody with the same situation?? there is no additional documents or landing fees request so far. Regards Manu

Hi I need help regarding extension of my work permit which expires in 3 months time. I have a file no for PR ( paper application applied in April 2016) and i have a closed work permit. Please help me with the process as BOWP only applies to those who have open work permit. Regards Manu

WELL I THINK IT CLEARLY STATES IN SINP OUTSIDE CANADA APPLICATION THAT YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR WORK PERMIT , GET APPROVED AND REACH CANADA AND THEN APPLY FOR PR. READ THE DOCUMENT PROVIDED BY SINP THAT SUPPORTS YOUR WORK PERMIT.

what will be procedure of getting a work permit after the 90 day restoration is done..??? I am from India, am i elgible to get a work permit at the border??? Where i can find more information on this???

Hi Scylla I have serious doubt in my mind right now...my 90 day restoration ended on jan 31st and before that i applied for my visitors visa.My employer applied for my LMIA in september 2014 and still awaiting result. so my first question is if i get my LMIA before my visitors visa is approved...

Any updates guys...it's taking forever for food service industry 6th month and still waiting...half a year wasted for this now and they still say eight weeks...

I have a doubt guys....wat If lmia is approved after 90 day restoration....
