Oh.. Its just "MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY" form that we received with Med Request. Doctor just filled out "PANEL PHYSICIAN DECLARATION" section and stamped it. I don't understand why are people not responding to our question? GUYS - How are we gonna know that Medical is done?

She is from Pune. I have an impression that Doctor is supposed to submit the report to CIC. Doctor asked her to submit the acknowledgement though. I have no idea what he meant by that. Can anybody share your experience over here. How the medical thing works. What are the steps?

Yes we chose Dr from CIC panel itself. Where are we supposed to see the status as "Done"? GC Account or ECAs?

Guys.. My wife got the medical req yesterday. She got it done and has the acknowledgement from the doctor. Doctor told her that she is supposed to upload the acknowledgement. I don't see an option to upload the same. What are we supposed to do? Also, a question regarding "Medical Status" column...

well.. I would just upload the picture with the specification mentioned in the gckey account. If they would need any other specification, they will communicate the same. Why do we even bother to send the pictures by mail. It defeats the whole purpose of application being ONLINE.

What's the correct version of Sch A form? Is it this one "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf" ? This one I noticed doesn't have Validate button while the other version I downloaded a while ago has the validate button. I am confused! Plz help.

Hey guys.. while we are waiting for SA and PCC/Sch A request, should the PA get medical done upfront? or we should wait until they ask for medical and stuff..?

@Payal Patel I finally managed to link it somehow. Leaving "place of birth" blank thing didn't work for me though. Thanks anyways. :) 1 qq - the online application says "Your Action is Required" but there isn't any message over there. Is this a standard thing?

@sebishh Someone said, we should do this: use this way to link ur application with gckey 1. choose application # and Family name 2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space. 3. Fill passport information 4.fill the last part as in your application...
