i'm not sure whether you need to send CSE to Ottawa as based from your profile, your LVO is Abu Dhabi.... if you are not sure though, you can send the CSE to the generic link, so they will auto-route for you.

hey man... have you heard from SG VO? my file was also transferred to them last Dec 2015 based on GCMS notes... and it's stuck there ever since.

FOSS is a list that canada has, concerning people they are watching for... these include those who have been denied visas in the past, or similar cases. i went to canada before, but only via visitor visa... so i may have some entries with them. i would like to believe that "no history" is...

all i know is that we only cleared both R10 (older notes say so) and R11.2 which are both crucial milestones. as for eligibility, it will remain open until security and criminality will be completed first. not sure whether anyone can comment otherwise.
