This is true but should not be any issue to declare until you can explain the source of money. Whatever you carry for the 1st time is non-taxable, later everything is taxable. We anyhow need to carry minimum amount required based on our family size and even that would be over CAD 10000 in most...

Better to carry in form of traveler cheque and some in form of cash....you can carry any amount just that you need to declare to the immigration officers.

Hey Mani, how many days it took for you from passport submission to getting it back after stamping?

I think it make sense to call the airline and clear you doubts on food and sitting arrangements.

Did anyone from NDVO got the approved status in GCkey today?

submitted passports for stamping on 13th March at Delhi VFS.

That means the final updates are done by NDVO, need to wait till tomorrow for any updates to happen...

Check for 4th June week, last I checked it was coming around 50k from Delhi to Saskatoon.

I checked for few flights in June and price is cheaper as compared to May, do check.
