I just received an answer from CES: So not too much more details than "research on your credential" for the reason of delay but at least I had a feedback. I really hope to get my assessment today.

It has been 2 weeks now that my Assessment is in progress. It is weird it is taking that long. My diploma is not weird/unusual so I don't see any reason that the assessment is delayed. And I am sure that I will not have any more details if I contact them. I can't wait to have this behind me...

Toronto is definitely greater than Montréal on so many levels. But I am not sure compared to Vancouver (i already miss a milder winter ahah). For job opportunities, I think it really depends on the field and on the qualifications. I did not have any trouble myself finding something right away...

Yes indeed on a 2-year working holiday visa. I moved in toronto in 2017 and in montreal last year. My actual visa is ending on July 20th so chances to have the PR before decrease with the infamous processing time of CES. But if they validate my master I calculated that I will have enough points...
