Just put Yes to "Required to File" and No to "Did you File" for 2021. There will be no issue with that since it is January. There is a chance you file your tax before they even start to look at your application anyway! ahah

That is not true. Srinivas will get its ITA in the next hours. The "Tie breaker rule" is to select profile with the same score, ie profile with score=470 only.
